Medication Review

A medicine review involves a meeting with your Risdon pharmacist to discuss your medicines. It is particularly beneficial to those recently discharged from hospital, or anyone taking five or more medications.

During the review your pharmacist will provide you with a comprehensive list of your medications including, what they are used for, how they should be taken and stored and how they can affect other medical conditions.
